Gobble-Con is canceling indefinitely everyone. We tried to make everything better by postponing last year but it has come to this regrettable conclusion. Gobble cannot be run by a small handful of people, and to those people who did their best to assist us when we needed it, we thank you.

IF YOU PURCHASED AN ONLINE TICKET
As long as your purchase is within 60 days of this notice, Eventbrite allows us to refund your money online.

IF YOU PURCHASED A HOLIDAY SPECIAL PASS
All Holiday Special purchases are, by now, well past the 60 days window and thus CANNOT be refunded online. If you bought a Holiday Ticket, please send your Name, Mailing Address, and Name to be Filled Out On Check (if needed) and you will receive a refunded check in the mail to headleys@gobble-con.org.

ARTISTS/VENDORS PAYMENTS
If you have made a payment and it has cleared (by PayPal or check/money order) please email kingstonm@gobble-con.org with your Name, Amount Paid, Address/Name Check to be Made Out To (if payment was made by mail), and/or the email you used through PayPal and you should start seeing refunds shortly.

HOTEL ROOM RESERVATIONS
These are all up to you guys. Please remember to call the hotel and cancel your reserved room.

ATTENTION ARTISTS AND DEALERS!

Recently Gobble-Con’s venue size has tripled, offering us more space as well as allowing us to have, for the first time ever, separate rooms for our Artists and Dealers on top of hallway/floor space. Due to this, we are offering two different types of tables; “Open” and “Secured”. 

If you want a Secured table you will not have to break down your table at the end of the day and all your product will be kept in a locked room over night. The only downfall is you will be paying a little extra for this option.

If you want an Open table you will be responsible for breaking down and securing your own products. Gobble-Con will not be doing this for you nor are we to be held responsible for lost/stolen items should you choose not to pack up your table at the end of the day. This option is also cheaper if you dont mind the work.

Due to our size increase, prices will also be going up. Prices for the new A/V options are as follows;

Artist Open - $50.00 USD

Artist Secured - $100.00 USD

Dealer Open - $100.00 USD

Dealer Secured - $175.00 USD

If you have put in a sign up form prior to this change, you have until Dec. 31st, 2012 to send in your payment of the previous prices. If you do not do so, we will have to charge you for updated prices instead. And since this change was made AFTER you signed up, we will automatically put you in a secured room.
